1. Platform purpose

Small Help provides a platform for reviewing, publishing and supporting medical fundraising campaigns. Publication is not a guarantee of treatment outcome.

2. Campaign information

Applicants must provide truthful, current information and have lawful authority to submit medical and identity documents. False or misleading campaigns may be rejected, paused or referred to relevant authorities.

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Small Help does not store complete card details.

4. Restricted use of funds

Campaign donations are intended for the verified medical purpose and are normally paid directly to providers or approved vendors. Where a case cannot proceed, the foundation will apply its restricted-fund and refund policy.

5. Voting

Voting is a community-prioritisation feature. Small Help may apply fraud controls, invalidate manipulated votes and retain discretion over general-fund allocations.

6. Content and privacy

Users must not upload material they are not authorised to share. Small Help may edit public campaign text to protect privacy, dignity, accuracy or safety without changing the material medical claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Obtain legal advice before replacing this deployment draft with final foundation terms.
